Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is a hidden gem with spacious rooms and lovely staff. However, some areas are neglected like the driveway and pool decking. The location is convenient for exploring local dive shops and shops, but the frequent rain can be a downside.
My stay at the beachside Bure was a mixed experience. The lack of air conditioning in the room and slow fan were discomforting, but the friendly and kind service made up for it. The location, while isolated, offered a tranquil and picturesque setting close to an arts village with excellent dining options. The breakfast was satisfactory, featuring on-demand egg preparation and tasty omelettes. The facilities were average but serviceable.
I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The rooms were incredible, very clean, and beautiful, with a great balcony to enjoy the views. The service was top-notch with an extremely friendly staff who went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. The location was perfect and unspoiled, offering easy access to exciting activities like shark diving. The dining options were good, with plenty of choices and delicious fresh omelettes. The facilities were superb, making my stay even more enjoyable.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of delights and disappointments. The rooms were spacious and offered a beautiful ocean view with a relaxing open shower. However, there was plenty of sand on the floor, which was a bit bothersome. The value for what we paid exceeded my expectations.
Staying at the resort was a mixed experience. The rooms were decent, resembling more of a hotel setup, but could use some touch-ups. Service was friendly but lacked proactive and efficient actions, especially in room service. The location was beautiful and close to the beach, yet a bit far from major airports. The dining options were available, with friendly staff, but the on-demand preparation was lacking. The facilities offered mixed impressions.
My stay at the hotel offered a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, featuring an outdoor shower, but the overall standard did not quite match the price paid. Unfortunately, there were several issues, like a non-functioning toilet, and the room wasn't ready until late afternoon.
The hotel exceeded my expectations, especially considering the price we paid. The rooms were nicely appointed with comfortable bunk beds, although the fans were not working. The service was absolutely great, with staff who were super friendly and accommodating, making our stay enjoyable. The location was excellent, with a magical atmosphere and very helpful staff. However, the dining experience was extremely disappointing on some days, with long wait times for items to be restocked. Overall, a mixed but mostly positive experience.
The hotel had both positive and negative aspects. The rooms were drab and musty, but the living room with a kitchenette added a unique touch. Unfortunately, the second room had a damaged toilet. The service was exceptional, making us feel like part of their family. The location was gorgeous, offering convenient access to Suva and a beautiful beach. The dining experience varied from very good with an egg station to extremely disappointing wait times. Despite some setbacks, the facilities were relatively good.
The hotel is just off the Queens Road in Pacific Harbour, one of the main reasons I chose Uprising. The rooms are a great size and about 20 meters to the beach, which was incredible. However, the second room had no working toilet, which was a letdown.
